• Refraining from strenuous activities.

It’s important to protect your face from direct sunlight by using a sunscreen, hat or even an umbrella when outdoors, stay hydrated for the right recovery, avoid smoking, drinking alcohol and any exercise for a week, as these can hinder healing and increase swelling.
