Seneca Medical Group was honored with the SILVER award in the category “Business Excellence in Hair Restoration” at this year’s Healthcare Business Awards ceremony.

Seneca Thessaloniki is awarded as one of the top health service providers in the city, with a score of 9.5 out of 10. It is noted that the “Eagles of Health” evaluated 58,121, health service companies by scanning almost 4 million pages on the Internet and more than 2.1 million reviews of people who trusted them. The clinic of Seneca Thessaloniki is rated 4.6 out of 5 in google maps reviews while its evaluation on Facebook was 5 out of 5.

We’re proud to share yet another milestone achievement: the WhatClinic Patient Service Award for 2020. We’ve earned a WhatClinic Patient Service Award for 2020, a prize which recognises “clinics which demonstrate a clear and measurable commitment to patient service.” It is based on excellence ratings from healthcare search engine WhatClinic.  

“The German Trade & Invest Award for International Expansion” at the European Business Awards 2019

Seneca Medical Group stood out at the European Business Awards sponsored by RSM held on Wednesday, December 4 in Warsaw, Poland. The European Business Awards are Europe’s largest and most important entrepreneurship awards aiming at creating a European business community that represents best business practices, innovation and business ethics, rewarding businesses that demonstrate all these values.

The business competition began last year with over 150,000 businesses from 33 countries initially considered. Of those, 2753 businesses were named ‘Ones to Watch’ in a list of business excellence published in July. After a further review from a panel of independent judges, 363 companies were announced as ‘National Winners’ for their countries, and finalists for the competition.

The “Germany Trade & Invest Award for International Expansion” was awarded to Seneca Medical Group for developing and implementing a successful, dynamic and innovative strategy for its expansion both domestically and globally leadership in its industry.

Despite the overwhelming competition, the judges recognized Seneca Medical Group’s entrepreneurial ingenuity, ethical philosophy and successful and steadily rising financial performance. As a result, the awards honoured it as the best among the 11 companies from all over Europe that had reached the final in this category.

The prize of Seneca Medical Group, “The German Trade & Invest Award for International Expansion” was received by Peggy Stavrianou, Seneca Operations Manager and Theofanis Skoulatos, Seneca IT Manager.

“2018 WhatClinic Patient Service” Award

Seneca has been awarded ‘’2018 Patient Service Award’’ for great customer service for the second year in a row! The award was made by WhatClinic.com, a major healthcare search engine. WhatClinic looked at 12 months of data from users of its site, in relation to Seneca including patient review scores, feedback data and clinic contact rates. In 2017 over 15 million people visited the comparison site to find and compare clinics. Customers rated clinics based on a variety of measures including:

• how well the clinic treated them
• how quickly they were contacted
• how quickly they were seen
• how happy they were with the treatment

This rating is generated from a combination of review scores, user feedback and lots of other user interaction data gathered over time. Seneca clinic has ranked within the top 5% of the market. What a great achievement!

“International Business Excellence” Award

Seneca Thessaloniki Clinic was awarded the International Business Excellence Award in Dubai on April 24 , 2018 for Well-being and Health. With over 135 participants in 25 categories, Seneca Thessaloniki Clinic had to compete with 17 finalists in the most competitive category and managed to impress the judges with its results, strategic planning and innovation.

The International Business Awards are among the world’s most recognized awards with 62 judges and hundreds of participants from all around the world. The Clinic Director, Mr George Kottaridis, received the award and promised faith and dedication to the Seneca vision and even bigger steps forward.

“International Hair Clinic Of the Year IMTJ” Award

Seneca Scotland won the International Hair Clinic of the year award at the IMTJ Awards 2018. The award, judged by a team of 21 judges from around the world, has further cemented the country’s position as the top leading medical tourism destination that provides top-notch and innovative healthcare services. Judges looked for evidence of the numbers and type of patients treated, quality and range of services and patient satisfaction. ‘‘This award is a great accomplishment for Seneca Scotland. We are very proud to run the best hair transplant clinic for 2018.” said the Clinic Director, Mr George Kottaridis.

One more recognition for Seneca Thessaloniki as it has been awarded the Business Excellence Award in the world, THE BIZZ, for being a company leader that has consistently demonstrated business excellence in the Hair Restoration field.
